RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must fill out the RMA form; it is located at RMALINK

CGHMN does not charge for return shipping labels for products up to 10 lbs. You must request a courtesy prepaid return label during the return creation process within the applicable return policy period. If not requested, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping of the item. 

CGHMN reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the return shipping from the customer to CGHMN for items over 10 lbs.

If your RMA is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected, and we are not responsible for customs or import duties.

You must write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Boxes that arrive with no RMA number will be refused or not processed if unable to be refused.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue. If you did not opt for the shipping insurance (It is included with certain items – Small items shipped through USPS, Customs Built PCs, and More check your specific item), damage in shipping is not covered. Damage due to shipping must be processed through the carrier. We will do all we can to assist you.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used or as-is products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days, less shipping & restocking fees. Fees vary per item, refer to the chart below. If your item is not listed, we’ll inform you prior to your RMA authorization. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
